Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and contracts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, Architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Review construction plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential budget issues.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.
• Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate materials, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Identify project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Assist with project closeout, inspections, punch lists, and final documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Perform other duties related to project management as assigned.
