The role involves reviewing drawings, assessing labor and material costs, and ensuring competitive, accurate bids. The estimator will manage bids from plan review through submission, identify cost-saving opportunities, and hand off final estimates to project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Ability to independently prepare and evaluate estimates across multiple trades.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, accurate, and competitive estimates for commercial projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and bid instructions for cost impacts.
• Identify and coordinate subcontractor pricing and scope coverage.
• Coordinate site walkthroughs and document conditions for bids.
• Lead bid coordination and submission processes with internal teams.
