Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in project estimation and construction management.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and PROCORE software.
• Solid understanding of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material take offs.

Responsabilités

• Analyze project costs including labor, materials, equipment and time.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bids.
• Conduct material take-offs (MTO) to determine project requirements.
• Read blueprints and leverage construction knowledge to improve estimates.
• Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure profitable contracts.
• Collaborate with construction management to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
