Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust, headquartered in Missouri, is seeking a Commercial Compliance Advisor (CCA) to lead regulatory compliance efforts for commercial lending and deposit activities. You will collaborate with business lines, analyze regulatory changes, and support risk assessments with training and remediation plans.

The role requires strong knowledge of consumer protection laws, project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex requirements across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a compliance function within a banking environment.
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge / experience working with commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lines of business on implementation of regulatory changes and provide guidance and support on projects and process enhancements.
• Analyze regulatory changes and develop a summary of requirements and impacts to the Bank.
• Evaluate policies, procedures, and controls to identify risks and work with impacted areas to develop corrective action or remediation plans.
• Provide compliance advice and guidance regarding development of products, services, internal procedures, disclosures, etc.
• Serve as a subject matter expert of all commercial compliance deposit and lending-related laws and regulations.
• Execute training; contribute to the Bank's Risk Assessment, and other activities to maintain a satisfactory Compliance Management System.
• Work closely with the lines of business to ensure business processes are working effectively and there are adequate controls to mitigate commercial compliance risk.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends.
• Proactively assess risk in business processes through internal monitoring.
• Perform other duties and special projects as necessary.
