Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Missouri is seeking a Commercial Compliance Advisor to guide regulatory implementation across lines of business and support product development with compliant practices.

You will analyze changes, assess risks, train teams, and help maintain the bank's compliance program. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in regulatory compliance are preferred, with CRCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance within banking.
• Knowledge of ECOA, FHA, HMDA, UDAAP, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, SAFE Act, MLA, SCRA and RESPA.
• 7+ years of regulatory compliance experience; knowledge of commercial lending.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business lines on regulatory changes and provide guidance on projects.
• Analyze regulatory changes and summarize requirements and impacts.
• Evaluate policies and controls to identify risks and remediation actions.
• Provide compliance guidance in product development, disclosures, etc.
• Serve as SME for commercial deposit and lending regulations.
