Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Commercial Compliance Advisor (CCA) to collaborate with business lines on regulatory changes, assess risks, and guide remediation efforts. You will analyze changes, summarize impact, and advise on product disclosures and internal controls.

Qualified candidates will have 7+ years in regulatory compliance, a Bachelor's degree, and strong project management skills. Centrax/Salesforce/Encompass proficiency is preferred; CRCM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lines of business on regulatory changes and project support.

• Train staff and contribute to risk assessments and CMS activities.
