Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients. You will manage client satisfaction, strategic planning, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored risk management solutions.

Requirements include 3+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty and a valid state Property & Casualty license. Proficiency with EPIC, Excel, and MS Office is essential; strong communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, review, negotiate and finalize quotes.
Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical expertise/knowledge to make recommendations.
Determines Markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
Creates solutions and make recommendations in preparation for the strategy meeting with Client Advisor.
Sets up and maintains account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
