Perfection Group is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a specialized background in chillers to support our Indianapolis, IN area operations. The role emphasizes maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer communication across commercial HVAC systems.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years’ experience with commercial chillers, Universal EPA Certification, and a technical HVAC credential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience with commercial chillers and HVAC.
• Universal EPA Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical HVAC certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiller overhauls and major inspections as required by customers.
• Maintain records of work performed and parts/materials used.
• Communicate with customers regularly about equipment condition and needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot systems using proper tools; ensure safe operation and proper controls.
• Explain work performed to customers and provide next steps if issues persist.
