Haynes Mechanical Systems seeks a seasoned Commercial Chiller Technician to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install large-scale HVAC chillers in hospitals, universities, and offices. The role involves coordinating project aspects to meet contractual commitments on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years’ experience with chillers from York, Carrier, Daikin, McQuay, Trane, and Smardt, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience maintaining commercial chillers.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Experience on York, Carrier, Daikin, McQuay, Trane, and Smardt chillers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to heavy service calls in a professional manner.
• Explain causes and remedies clearly to customers; provide next steps when repairs are not completed.
• Follow troubleshooting guides to identify problems quickly and safely.
• Verify system operations and safety controls before leaving a site.
• Complete service reports accurately and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment and manuals.
