Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced Carpenter to perform drywall installation, door and frame work, and structural carpentry in mission-critical facilities.

The role requires reading architectural drawings, laboring at heights, and adherence to safety and security protocols. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 8+ years in commercial facilities, strong tool skills, and the ability to operate various hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in commercial facilities.
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Ability to construct framing partition walls and finish drywall to a high standard.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and safety procedures.
• Good basic computer skills and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repair across facilities.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, frames, hardware, and trim.
• Construct structural components using wood, metal, and other framing materials.
• Assist with site surveys and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Read blueprints and ensure documentation follows security protocols.
