Job summary

Nationwide Fixture Installations is seeking a seasoned carpenter supervisor to lead install crews on commercial and retail projects. The role focuses on hands-on cabinet, fixture and finish carpentry, with emphasis on safety and on-schedule delivery.

Travel may be required for extended periods (2–8 weeks). The position offers overtime potential (40–60 hours/week) and requires strong communication with project teams and clients to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school, trade school, or equivalent required.
• Five years of installation and commercial/retail finish carpentry experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• OSHA 10/30, forklift and aerial lift certifications; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate crews of 3–8 people.
• Interact professionally with clients, general contractors, and subs.
• Communicate with Project Management Team.
• Interpret layouts for millwork, fixtures, and other elements.
• Evaluate site conditions and schedules.
• Submit time sheets and daily reports.
• Maintain site safety.
• Receive, stage, and manage millwork inventory.
• Perform cabinet installation and finish carpentry work.
