Job summary

Vaco is hiring for a Commercial Building Maintenance Technician in Dublin, OH. This direct-hire role offers a salary of $78,000–$85,000 per year and supports a Class A/B office campus.

You will maintain a safe, functional environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and responding to tenant service requests. Responsibilities include maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, doors, lighting, and related systems; coordinating with management and vendors;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, automatic doors, locks, and lighting systems
• Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with tenants, visitors, vendors, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across commercial office buildings
• Maintain HVAC systems, including filters, belts, BAS, and pneumatic controls
• Repair plumbing fixtures, automatic doors, locks, lighting, and other building systems
• Respond promptly to tenant work orders with excellent customer service
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues
• Coordinate with property management and outside vendors as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with seasonal maintenance and special projects
