Qualifications

• Substantial commercial brokerage experience across complex small and middle-market accounts.
• Experience turning brokerage judgment into workflows and decision standards.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and learning teams to build systems.

Responsibilities

• Encode brokerage judgment into clear workflows, standards, playbooks, examples, and escalation rules.
• Train and evaluate AI systems against source evidence and expert judgment.
• Design and evaluate brokerage workflows across account processes to preserve judgment.
• Own brokerage learning standards with content, cases, and worked examples.
• Run the expert feedback loop with frontline work and market responses.
• Set evidence standards ensuring all recommendations link to real sources.
