The candidate should have automotive parts knowledge, strong selling skills, and the ability to source from multiple channels. Prior supervisory experience and ASE certification are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising daily tasks and guiding teams.

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise Team Members and coach for development.
• Coordinate with GM on driver coverage and delivery.
• Dispatch drivers and maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
