Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions. The role focuses on profitable growth via customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and directing drivers for timely deliveries.

Strong automotive parts knowledge and selling skills are required. The position includes supervising Team Members, maintaining commercial stock, and building supplier networks.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years auto parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Leadership experience supervising daily tasks and teams.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build network of second source suppliers
