Job summary

Qualifications

Expert knowledge of commercial contracting, including government contracts.
Experience leading negotiations with sophisticated customers and counterparties.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration.
Ability to work independently and advise senior leaders with practical recommendations.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead as the Americas' lead commercial attorney and partner to sales and business functions.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer, licensing, and government contracts.
Advise on contract structure, risk, pricing, warranties, IP, data protection, and disputes.
Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel when needed.
Develop contract templates, playbooks, and training for sales teams.
Support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
