Stratasys Ltd. in Minnesota seeks an attorney to support ethics and compliance, international trade, government contracts and employment-law needs under the direction of senior Legal team members.

The attorney provides practical legal advice, supports investigations, and escalates material risks. The role will work with Human Resources and management on routine employment matters, draft and review employment-related documents, and assist with compliance program enhancements across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent from ABA-accredited program.
• 2+ years of legal experience in corporate compliance, government contracts, employment law, or international trade compliance.
• Admitted to practice in at least one US state.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business and legal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of corporate compliance principles and related regulatory areas.

Responsabilités

• Support the company’s ethics and compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, communications, risk assessments, and periodic program reviews.
• Assist with anti-corruption, Code of Conduct, conflicts of interest and other assigned compliance matters.
• Support compliance investigations, document relevant facts, and escalate significant issues.
• Support restricted-party screening, registrations, filings, compliance records and information requests.
• Collaborate with international offices to implement consistent compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update policies, training, and controls.
• Assist with development and implementation of compliance programs and training.
