Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Architect to join our Commercial Architecture team in Texas. You will collaborate with designers from planning through construction and help deliver innovative projects across commercial, education, and municipal sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, and strong AutoCAD/Revit proficiency. Occasional travel to client sites is expected as part of project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect status preferred or required to maintain licensure.
• 5+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; ability to produce preliminary and schematic designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop construction documents.
• Analyze reports, maps, and drawings to plan projects.
• Prepare specifications, schedules, and environmental impact studies.
• Assist in fee proposals, scoping, and marketing for projects.
• Ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards.
• Create and coordinate construction documents with team members.
