Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Project Manager - Commercial Architecture to join our Buildings Engineering Services team in Houston, TX. You will guide projects through technical and administrative direction, maintaining client communication to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.

Our architecture team integrates MEP, design, and planning with strong QA/QC practices, mentoring junior staff and collaborating with in-house and external consultants.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent to maintain licensed architect status.
8-10+ years of experience as an Architect.
Licensure in the state of Texas required.
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit for preliminary and schematic designs.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of effective work plans and labor budgets.
Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects.
Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
Negotiate scope changes with clients subject to supervisor approval.
Ensure QA/QC standards are followed and project procedures are adhered to.
