Job summary

The Asahi Kasei Therapeutics in the United States seeks a Manager, Commercial Analytics to lead analytics across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and executive leadership. You will own KPI governance and reporting strategy, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Market Access to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions, with a base salary of $160–$170K and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5–8+ years of experience in commercial analytics or BI.
Experience with pharmaceutical/life sciences analytics.
Excellent communication, translating insights for stakeholders.
Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Tableau; knowledge of IQVIA/Symphony data.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics across Sales, Marketing, Market Access and leadership.
Develop insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance.
Identify trends, opportunities and risks through proactive analysis.
Own KPI governance and reporting strategy.
Present findings to senior leadership and translate questions into analytics frameworks.
