Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or related function.
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial analytics initiatives supporting brand performance and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for analytical support across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Identify emerging business trends, opportunities, and risks through proactive analysis.
• Facilitate data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
• Own intake, prioritization, and execution of analytics requests.
• Establish processes to evaluate business impact and resource requirements.
• Balance strategic initiatives with tactical business support.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analyses and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales Operations and BI resources to define and maintain commercial KPIs.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of metrics across reporting platforms.
• Drive enhancements to dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
