Job summary

Conterra Networks is seeking a Principal Commercial Analytics & BI Lead to own reporting, dashboards, KPI governance, and performance insights that drive executive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and Finance.

The ideal candidate combines deep BI expertise with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, influencing without direct people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, statistics, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BI, or related field.
• Advanced experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytics.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, forecasting, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks covering sales performance, pipeline, retention, and productivity.
• Establish reporting standards, documentation, and self-service analytics across the organization.
• Own KPI governance, data dictionaries, and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze sales, pipeline, market, and campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product, and Finance to support strategic decisions.
• Translate complex findings into concise executive presentations and recommendations.
