Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Associate for Commerce & Retail Media in Boise. You will join a hybrid team handling campaigns across Amazon, Criteo, Instacart, Walmart and other networks. You’ll deliver reporting, insights and tests that align with client goals, while managing budgets and timelines.

You will collaborate across the client team, drive optimization, and ensure campaigns adhere to best practices while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years digital performance marketing experience in ecommerce/retail or 3+ years managing large-scale campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets and KPI-focused campaigns.
• SaaS platform experience (PacVue, Skai) and bid management familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing optimization to meet campaign goals including daily budget management, bid strategies and reporting.
• Plan and execute retail media campaigns with setup, builds, daily optimization and pacing.
• Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure campaigns follow best practice guidelines and collaborate with the client team.
