Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Weapons Delivery Software Engineer to support CWDS, CASES, JSEAS, and GWTS software for USAF aircraft. You will liaise with Air Combat Command, AFMC, AFRL, and contractors, drafting and validating requirements. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and team or independent work are essential.

Requires U.S. citizenship and a Secret-level security clearance, plus a Bachelor's in Software Engineering or CS and 10+ years of experience (Masters preferred).

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and Secret-level security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience; Masters preferred.
• Military experience as Fighter/Bomber Pilot or Weapon Officer with 10 years Active/Guard/Reserve.
• Experience with Combat Weapon Delivery systems and PGMs (GP Bombs, LGBs, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and work in teams or independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Air Combat Command, AFMC, AFRL, Test Wings and contractors.
• Draft and review requirements; ensure validity and technical accuracy.
• Suggest additions, deletions, or changes to software development.
• Verify Help File content and ensure accuracy for changes.
• Attend iterations/sprints and leadership/technical meetings.
• Assess training materials to reflect current tactics and procedures.
• Provide analysis of testing cases and improve software baseline.
• Maintain client interaction records and communicate progress and risks.
