Astrion seeks a Weapons Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the USAF SEEK Eagle Office at Eglin AFB, FL. The role requires Fighter/Bomber Pilot experience, 10 years of military service, a Bachelor’s degree, and a DoD SECRET clearance.

You will determine aircraft/weapon requirements for CWDS/JSEAS/CASES/GWTS, coordinate with Air Combat Command and contractors, and oversee software development, testing and evaluation to ensure mission success.

Qualificações

• Active DoD SECRET clearance eligibility required.
• Experience with CWDS/JSEAS/CASES/GWTS is required.
• Fighter/Bomber Pilot experience with 10 years of military service.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Define aircraft/weapon requirements for CWDS/JSEAS/CASES/GWTS and prioritize work.
• Coordinate with Air Combat Command, AFMC, AFRL, and contractors.
• Draft and review requirements for software development.
• Ensure feature validity and technical accuracy before development.
• Track progress and communicate risks and milestones to stakeholders.
• Attend iterations, sprint, and tactical briefings.
• Maintain training materials aligned with current tactics and procedures.
• Build a knowledge base of client mission and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and evaluate solutions.
• Maintain accountability records for classified material.
• Coordinate meetings and provide status updates.
