Sunset Cadillac of Sarasota is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead a high-volume collision center with OEM certifications and I-CAR Gold status. This role requires proven leadership, hands-on operational and financial expertise, and a commitment to customer-focused service.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate with insurers, monitor profitability, and drive quality repairs while maintaining Sunset’s standards and culture.

Formación

• Previous experience successfully managing a collision center is required.
• Hands-on leader who understands both operational and financial aspects of the business.
• Comfortable managing people, production, insurance relationships, repair quality, and profitability while keeping the customer experience at the center.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily collision center operations and oversee technicians, estimators, production staff, and admin personnel.
• Drive production efficiency, profitability, cycle time, and CSI.
• Manage workflow from initial estimate to final vehicle delivery and monitor RO, parts, labor, and gross profit.
• Build relationships with insurance carriers and adjusters; ensure OEM repair procedures are followed.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; enforce accountability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Identify opportunities to grow collision volume and market share.
