Job summary

Requires 10+ years of related experience, a BA/BS, and SECRET clearance. Expect travel up to 10% and potential field deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required.
• 10+ years of related experience in defense training.
• Advanced knowledge of MDMP and command post operations.
• Experience in Sustainment and C2 within warfighting functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct training programs for customer personnel.
• Apply best practices in staff training for Army mission command.
• Collaborate with Plans to coordinate unit collective training.
• Gather observations for AARs and maintain training repositories.
• Mentor observers/trainers and update training knowledge.
