Job Description

The Senior Collections Representative in Home Improvement Financing at Regions Bank is responsible for managing the daily collection process, including contact with customers at all delinquency levels. This role handles complex issues and serves as a resource for less experienced associates.

Regions Home Improvement Financing partners with manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing, helping homeowners pay for home improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Contact customers by phone or other methods to resolve delinquent accounts.
2. Answer complex customer questions.
3. Consult with customers on available payment options.
4. Document outcomes and actions taken.
5. Assist in developing written procedures.
6. Serve as a resource to less experienced associates.
7. Provide guidance on complex or escalated issues.

This role requires tracking time and is eligible for overtime. It is incentive eligible.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least three years of collections or related experience
