Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Collections Coordinator to support billing, credit, and collections for North America hotel properties. You will partner with Sales, Events, Finance, and clients to manage credit risk, monitor deposits, and minimize aged receivables while maintaining strong relationships.

You are a relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic shared services environment and helps drive process improvements. Hospitality and finance experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of billing and accounting/collections experience. HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years customer-facing work experience in hospitality or finance environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create client master accounts in the hotel property management system.
• Review group sales contracts to confirm financial terms and payment schedules.
• Invoice advance deposits timely to ensure timely remittances.
• Collects payment of invoices for services rendered for meetings and events.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging accuracy for assigned locations.
• Lead monthly meetings with hotel leaders to review aged receivables.
