Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience.
• B2B collections experience a plus.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with account reporting, Excel analysis, and collection systems.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and manage complex, high-risk accounts, including delinquent balances and escalations.
• Negotiate payment resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.
• Research and resolve billing, service, pricing, and payment disputes.
• Support integration of acquired accounts into established collection processes.
• Prepare reports on aging, payment activity, and account status.
• Identify opportunities to streamline collection processes and improve documentation.
