Job summary

STS Systems Defense, LLC is seeking career intelligence professionals with Military and/or Agency Collection Management and ISD experience to assist the Defense Intelligence Agency in revitalizing and standardizing Collection Management standards, practices, doctrine, and training across the DIA and Intelligence Community. Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington DC.

Required: Active TS/SCI clearance; deep knowledge of collection management concepts and all-source intelligence; ability

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Expertise in multi-INT collection management concepts, principles and practices.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Collection Management, and Collection Requirements, Planning and Operations.
• Broad knowledge of all-source intelligence principals, concepts and techniques.
• Ability to apply all-source collection capabilities to prioritized target sets.
• Ability to present and defend briefings to senior officials.
• Experience providing Collection Management support.

Responsibilities

• Revitalize and standardize Collection Management standards, practices, doctrine, and training across DIA and the Intelligence Community.
• Provide Collection Management support to DIA and IC missions.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and papers to senior officials.
• Contribute to curriculum development and instructional design activities as needed.
