Job summary

CryoPDP, powered by DHL, is seeking a Senior Warehouse Technician to oversee cold chain operations in a GMP-compliant facility. The role emphasizes inventory control, accurate documentation, and safe handling of pharmaceutical products in a temperature-controlled environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, supervise warehouse activities, and support equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance with GDP standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience in cold chain, pharma or biopharma environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience organizing and processing both domestic and international shipments.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability.
• Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cold chain warehouse operations per SOPs, GDP standards, quality requirements and safety procedures.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments ensuring temperature-controlled packaging and transportation compliance.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, condition and ship pharmaceutical and biologic products with high accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and maintain records.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and perform daily inspections, reporting safety concerns.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and training to warehouse team members and ensure clean, organized work environment.
