Job summary

Qualifications

• GDP compliance management including facility qualification and audits.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Understanding TSA/IACSSP security requirements for freight facilities.
• P&L management with ability to interpret financial reports and manage budgets.
• Proficiency in CargoWise reporting and Google Workspace.
• Ability to interpret Looker Studio dashboards for operational decisions.
• Awareness of DHL Express domestic/international service offerings.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and project management aptitude.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the local branch.
• Provide support and guidance to the logistics team within the local branch.
• Provide hands-on assistance during peak periods and critical shipments.
• Oversee and streamline cold chain logistics operations for timely delivery.
• Drive initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and raise service quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain equipment to quality standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for the Branch.
• Review, analyze, and present cost savings initiatives to management.
• Contribute to long-term strategy development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold operational excellence.
• Provide leadership for problem resolution and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities/risks impacting the business environment.
• Flag HR issues to management promptly.
• Own branch P&L with budgeting and profitability targets.
• Manage customer and supplier queries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure efficient response to customer issues and complaints.
• Showcase CRYOPDP service features to increase value for customers.
• Increase dependency so CRYOPDP is the sole provider across modes.
• Maintain GDP compliance: SOPs, temperature mapping, calibration, and audit readiness.
• Own branch P&L focusing on cold chain cost drivers.
• Coordinate DHL Express integration activities at branch level.
• Analyze Looker Studio dashboards to identify trends and billing accuracy.
• Lead quarterly facility audits for GDP compliance and warehouse readiness.
• Ensure forklift certification and safety training is current.
• Coordinate with CRYOPDP Philippines support on task handoffs and pricing.
