Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation seeks a Sr. Associate Manager CoDesign, Patient Engagement for its Indianapolis, IN site. The role focuses on supporting site training, patient enrollment, and engagement activities within clinical programs.

You will partner with CTDC Consultants and CDDA functions to develop timelines, pre-work, and post-deliverables while ensuring alignment with trial design and patient experience goals. Strong communication across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in scientific or health related field or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the established strategy for site training, patient enrollment, and patient/researcher engagement.
• Coordinate with CTDC Consultants and CDDA functions to deliver strategy and timelines.
• Create deliverables (training materials, educational content) and manage reviews and outputs with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain internal systems and communication throughout project execution.
• Ensure eTMF records are uploaded and maintained per requirements.
