Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform code compliance inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Investigate citizen complaints regarding code violations.
• Lead staff assignments and monitor performance for consistent enforcement.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare notices, and issue citations.
• Testify in court as needed regarding code violations.
• Be available for after-hours inspections as needed.
