- 8+ years of experience as a Mainframe Developer focusing on Cobol.
- Strong knowledge of JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2 and related technologies.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
- Able to work in teams and independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Cobol programs on mainframe systems.
- Analyze and optimize Cobol applications for performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mainframe applications.
