Qualifications

• 6+ years of COBOL experience with Visual or Micro Focus COBOL.
• 10+ years in Windows-based client-server environments.
• 5+ years leading a technical software development team.
• 10+ years coding COBOL-based systems with Oracle SQL.
• Experience providing L3 production support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Phoenix core business system and assigned tickets for development or modification.
• Lead analysis and propose solutions for tickets and projects.
• Collaborate with business units to draft and sign off on specifications.
• Code, test, promote, and verify solutions meet documented requirements.
• Provide daily/weekly status updates to management and analysts.
