Finish Tech Corp seeks an energetic Chemist to help develop the next generation of coatings, surface treatments, laminations, and related products to support growth across our family of companies.

You will join an on-site team, receive on-the-job training, and participate in production, quality assurance, and product development activities from day one. The role ultimately leads R&D efforts in chemistry for new product development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or 5 years making chemistries in a lab setting.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn on the job.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, production-oriented environment.
• Interest in applied chemistry, materials, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Formulation support and evaluation of coatings and surface treatments.
• Process control and optimization of chemical and coating operations.
• Material testing, data collection, and performance analysis.
• Root cause analysis of quality and process issues.
• Own scale-up from lab trials to production environments.
