The manager will work with senior leadership to develop schedules, budgets, and long-term plans, and will delegate authority to supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years of preparation plant or mining experience.
• Ability to lead and manage a team across multiple shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, directing supervisors and ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop processing schedules, budgets, and long-term capital plans with leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and costs.
• Coordinate with managers to maintain production priorities within cost parameters.
• Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with regulations and company policies.
