Iron Senergy in the United States seeks a seasoned supervisor to ensure the safe, shift-based operation of the coal preparation plant and related facilities. You will focus on safety, productivity, efficiency and cost while maintaining quality workmanship.
Lead maintenance and operations crews, enforce environmental and safety policies, manage costs within budget, and coordinate with union/management to maximize uptime and continuous improvement.

Ensure the safe and efficient shift operation of the preparation plant and its related facilities. Maintain efficient operation of the plant and equipment focusing safety, productivity, efficiency, and cost. Ensure quality product and workmanship, accident and violation prevention, and environmental control.
Prior Supervisory Experience necessary, Coal preparation experience a plus
Ability to understanding of coal preparation, prep plant construction, and operation.
Learn and implement State and Federal laws regarding coal preparation, impoundment, chemicals safety, and their proper use of chemicals in coal preparation.
Good communication skills and be able to maintain interpersonal relations.
Understand basic principles relating to the day-to-day preparation plant management and cost control.
