Job summary

DLB Associates seeks a remote Co-Simulation Engineer III to design and integrate thermo-hydraulic and CFD models for data center projects. You will collaborate with senior staff to deliver multi-domain co-simulation capabilities, develop system-level models, and prepare technical reports.

The role emphasizes independent work, rigorous validation, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and coordination with design, PM, and operations to ensure alignment with schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years’ consultancy experience in mechanical/thermofluids preferred.
• Proficient with hydraulic/CFD tools and P&ID interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop thermo-hydraulic (flow-network) models for chilled water and liquid cooling systems.
• Create co-simulation interfaces between 1D networks and 3D CFD/thermal models.
• Perform validation/calibration using real data and document results.
• Prepare co-simulation reports and support client discussions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
