Qualifications

• MD/DO/PhD or Master's with equivalent psychiatry/CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of health systems and how care is delivered.
• Strong business acumen; industry knowledge and value proposition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a transforming environment and travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical and scientific perspective to local execution plans and field activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key scientific and medical stakeholders within territory.
• Understand ecosystem to align with patient-centric strategy and priorities.
• Provide evidence-based information to support product value and healthcare decisions.
• Foster internal collaboration across matrix teams and with regional leadership.
• Disseminate disease state and healthcare landscape information to customers.
• Lead clinical and data-focused training of speakers; participate in speaker bureau when needed.
• Support clinical trials program and health economics research; advise on trials.
• Mentor peers and contribute to therapeutic development.
• Support Safety & Pharmacovigilance, medical training, and field medical excellence.
