Two Six Technologies in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior CNO Developer to join a tight-knit team focused on reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and tool development for advanced telecom research programs.

You will work on transforming cutting-edge research into mission-ready cyber capabilities, building custom software tools and proofs‑of‑concept into robust operational solutions within a DevOps framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent practical security research experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom tools for embedded and telecom systems.
Serve as a cyber capability developer on a small, highly motivated team.
Develop proofs‑of‑concept from vulnerabilities and transition to robust codebases.
Analyze firmware, OS internals, and wireless protocols to uncover security flaws.
Conduct reverse engineering and vulnerability research on Linux‑based and embedded systems.
Utilize and extend custom tools to analyze binaries and firmware.
Develop capabilities leveraging novel telecommunications access mechanisms.
Collaborate with developers, vulnerability researchers, and hardware engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Solve complex technical challenges with limited prior experience.
