Job summary

SIXGEN is seeking a Senior CNO Developer in Annapolis Junction, MD to provide embedded operations support, develop advanced cyber capabilities, and deliver mission-focused software solutions for critical government customers.

The role requires extensive experience in C/C++ and Python, assembly language, and vulnerability analysis, with an active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain it. You will collaborate with mission partners to design, test, and integrate cutting-edge cyber tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
• Assembly language experience.
• Experience with software development, reverse engineering, and vulnerability analysis.
• Experience with two or more of the following platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud computing, or full-stack development.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (or ability to obtain).
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification preferred.
• Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded operations support, capability integration, and rapid prototyping for customer missions.
• Design, develop, test, and debug software components and applications to meet mission requirements.
• Adhere to software build and release schedules and document technical findings.
• Develop software prototype demonstrations and conduct vulnerability research.
• Collaborate with headquarters teams and local customers to develop and enhance advanced CNO tools.
• Identify operational risks and manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
