Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Senior Computer Network Operations Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on designing, developing, documenting, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities while ensuring alignment with network and security standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Python and C/C++ skills, deep knowledge of low-level internals, and strong TCP/IP/socket programming experience. A TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience or equivalent combinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, testing, debugging and maintenance of CNO capabilities.
• Coordinate effectively with leadership and customers for transparency.
• Ensure software standards meet network and security requirements.
• Mentor and supervise project staff and IIC team.
