Job summary

Nightwing Group is seeking a CNO Developer for an onsite role in Annapolis Junction, MD. The candidate will design, prototype, develop, and test CNO capabilities to address mission objectives, performing hands-on development and contributing to capability enhancements to ensure operational performance.

Required qualifications include a TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, 5+ years on Windows/.NET or UNIX, and experience with C/C++, Python, and assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four or more years of relevant experience.
• Six or more years programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Five years developing on Windows with Visual Studio/.NET or UNIX with makefiles.
• Two+ years of programming CNO tools for the US Government.
• Two+ years of programming techniques to evade host and/or network IDS.
• Two+ years developing packet-level programs and network sockets.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, develop, and test CNO capabilities to meet mission objectives.
