Qualifications

8+ years in CNC Machining and 3+ years in leadership roles.
Experience in multi‑shift, multi‑machine environments.
Proficient with GD&T, inspection methods, and precision manufacturing.
Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop machinists, operators, and technical staff across multiple shifts.
Manage production schedules, capacity planning, staffing, and throughput.
Drive on‑time delivery, machine utilization, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Programming, and Scheduling teams.
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
