Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover multi-axis CNC mills and lathes for high-precision components.
• Load G-code, adjust tool offsets, and modify processes to maintain tight tolerances.
• Diagnose surface finish defects and dimensional variations from tool wear or fixture issues.
• Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM reports.
• Replace worn cutting tools and monitor tool life to prevent scrap.
• Log production counts, quality metrics, and setup adjustments.
