Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing seeks a Swiss CNC Set-up/Operator for 2nd shift to manufacture precision parts. You will set up, program, and operate Swiss CNC machines, debug programs, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

The role requires strong metal machining knowledge, ability to read drawings, and commitment to quality and safety. We offer comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of metal machining.
• Ability to read/understand technical drawings and shop aids.

Responsibilities

• Debug Swiss CNC programs to produce parts per print and meet production standards.
• Setup, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes.
• Reduce setup time and machining through process improvements.
• Read, interpret, and edit G-code at the machine.
• Complete daily quality documentation (shop folders/tags).
• Maintain safe, organized and clean work area.
