About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator / CNC & Swiss Setup Specialist with a strong background in short-run manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience setting up and troubleshooting multi-axis lathes, making program adjustments at the machine, and ensuring the production of high-quality precision components. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently and effectively communicate with management/production teams.

Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (4/10 schedule). A Friday shift from 6:00 AM–11:00 AM may be required periodically, along with additional overtime as needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

• At least 10 years in the industry

Required Qualifications

• Experience in short-run manufacturing and frequent setup changeovers.
• Ability to calculate and optimize speeds and feeds for various materials and machining operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing detailed in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with management and production personnel.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
